1. TRANSGENDER RIGHTS BILL

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will ensure that no transgender Canadian ever feels discriminated against. Today, Trudeau will introduce a transgender rights bill. It’s International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.


 

2. RAPTORS GAME ONE

The Raptors are making history tonight. This is the first time ever that the NBA team has made it to the eastern conference final. Game 1 starts at 8:30 in Cleveland. Jurassic Park will be open here in Toronto if you want to watch the game with fans.


 

3. POT SHOP CLOSES

The marijuana dispensary Mayor Tory went to has closed. Kind Supply on King West says they look forward to participating in a regulated industry where patients come first. There are more than 100 illegal pot shops open in Toronto.


 

4. MORE BIKE LANES

Torontonians want more bike lanes. The latest poll shows that respondents would like to see the annual cycling budget increased to 4.8% from just 2.4%.


 

5. THE TRUTH ABOUT UFO’S

Hillary Clinton has promised to reveal the truth about UFO’s. If elected president she will unseal documents about Area 51. The US presidential election will happen in November.
