Bon Iver Announces a New Album and Shares Two Tracks

The rumour that Bon Iver would release new music this past Friday came to fruition late last night. Justin Vernon and his bandmates took the stage at Vernon’s own Eaux Claires Music Festival in Wisconsin and performed a set of brand new music. During the set a press release was sent out announcing the bands third album titled 22, A Million.

The new album follows up Bon Iver’s acclaimed self-titled release from 2011 that saw Vernon dismantling his folk sound in favour of majestic and expansive chamber pop. The new album is scheduled to arrive on September 30th via Jagjaguar

In conjunction with the release Bon Iver released too oddly named tracks “22 (OVER S∞∞N)” [Bob Moose Extended Cab Version] and “10 d E A T h b R E a s T ⚄ ⚄” (Extended Version). Watch the lyric videos below.
