In the latest ranking of the world’s best countries, Canada has placed second next to Germany.

The results were revealed at the World Economic Forum where 60 countries were evaluated across 24 categories like cultural influence, adventure, citizenship, entrepreneurship, quality of life, among others.

Give it up for the top 10:

1. Germany
2. Canada
3. United Kingdom
4. United States
5. Sweden
6. Australia
7. Japan
8. France

The survey was conducted by U.S. News and World Report alongside the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and global brand consultants, BAV Consulting. Some of Canada’s winning attributes were our celebration of diversity and welcoming immigrants, expansive wilderness, a long list of recognized writers and artists, a high-tech industrial society, and a high standard of living.
