Cloud Nothings Covering Coldplay’s ‘Clocks’ Is So Terrible It’s Incredible

Watching this will make your day so much better

Cleveland, Ohio punk rock band Cloud Nothings recently stepped into the A.V. Undercover series. How it works is at the beginning of every season, the A.V. Club creates a list of songs that bands can come in and cover. Later in the season, there are fewer choices as songs are crossed off.

Cloud Nothings went with the iconic Coldplay song “Clocks” and boy did they ever do a good job. With the original song playing underneath, they stood in front of their keyboards and wreaked havoc with animal noises, the Scatman song, and a mash of indescribable noise.

It’s truly beautiful.
