CMW Announces 2017 Festival Lineup

Earl Sweatshirt, Wolf Parade among headliners.

Canadian Music Week has revealed its complete lineup for the festival that runs April 18-23 in Toronto. Hip hop recording artist Earl Sweatshirt, indie rockers Wolf Parade, rapper A Boogie With Da Hoodie, pop-punk veterans Good Charlotte, and Ought frontman Tim Darcy have been added to the lineup that already announced the likes of Hollerado, The Wooden Sky, and Repartee.

Local talents The Beaches, Twist, Pony, Frigs, and Chastity have also been added to the lineup.

Here’s a look at the complete lineup:

“CMW is a unique event, as Toronto’s longest running multi-venue discovery festival, it’s always been about looking through the lineup and finding your new favourite artist, or finally seeing them play live for the first time,” said artist relations manager Dave Henry in a release.

“The festival speaks to music fans who enjoy an eclectic mix of genres over a compressed few days of venue hopping, excited to experience some incredible live entertainment.”

CMW 2017 is set to take place April 18 – 23 at over thirty official CMW venues across downtown Toronto. Festival Passes now on sale at cmw.net/music and Ticketmaster.
