Coachella’s 10 Most Instagrammed Artists

Instagram data shows us Coachella's most engaging performances

If you’re friends with any one of the lucky 200K+ people who attended Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival this weekend, you probably experienced some bitter jealousy after scrolling through your Instagram feed.

Travelers from all over the globe trek to the California valley annually to witness one of the most anticipated music events of the year. Yes, selfie-sticks were banned this year, but that definitely didn’t stop fans from overwhelming Instagram with photos and videos of their favourite acts.

While this year’s headlining acts are arguably the biggest names in their genre: Jack White, Drake and AC/DC, it wasn’t just the big acts that had the biggest online draw last weekend. Many of the festival’s smaller performers had huge pull with their habitual Instagram-using fans.

Instagram determined the top 10 acts with the most engagement (likes and comments relating to hashtags and keywords from photos). Take a look at the top 10 most Instragammed performances from Coahcella 2015, weekend one (via Mashable):
