Fleet Foxes Debuting New Music At Sydney Opera House Shows

Getting closer to a new record

Fleet Foxes are making their triumphant return after five years with four shows at the Opera House this coming May, where the band will unveil new music that hasn’t been heard before.

The group’s singer and primary songwriter Robin Pecknold announced the news on Instagram, sharing at the same time a playlist of songs that inspired their forthcoming record.

So far, Pecknold has revealed on Instagram that it’s 11 tracks totalling “55ish minutes” of “folk-soul songs.” He also posted a picture of the new record’s album art before taking it down, revealing what most likely will be the album name, Ylajali. Listen to the playlist below:
