Kanye West To Perform at Pan Am Closing Ceremonies

Yeezus will bless the Pan Am games with his presence

The Pan Am Closing Ceremonies just dropped a BOMBSHELL: On July 26, rapper Kanye West will take the stage with Pitbull and Serena Ryder to celebrate the closing ceremonies. Tickets begin at $90 to watch Yeezus take the stage. You can buy tickets here.

The Closing Ceremonies will also feature the Parade of Nations, a fancy, official handover of the Pan American Sports Organization flag to Lima, the next host city, and extinguishing the flame from the Pan Am Games cauldron at the base of the CN Tower.

“The Closing Ceremony is a time for us to celebrate the thrilling achievements of the exceptional athletes we’re seeing compete here in Toronto. It’s also a great opportunity for this city to have some fun,” chief executive officer of the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games Organizing Committee Saäd Rafi said. “Live Nation brings its unrivalled knowledge of and experience in supporting major high-profile international events to the TORONTO 2015 Games. We knew they would make our Closing Ceremony a must-see live event and something to remember for our athletes.”

Can’t make the show? It’ll be broadcast live in both our official languages on CBC/Radio-Canada and even in Spanish on TLN Univision. The broadcast will begin at 8pm.
