Listen: Fucked Up Shares “California Cold”

The 8-minute B-side combines punk rock and straight out psychedelic vibes

It’s that time of year again, friends. Fucked Up just released their annual 12″ single as a part of their Zodiac series, inspired by the years of the Chinese calendar. This year, they’ll drop the 20 minute “Year of the Hare” on June 16, and they’ve just released the 8-minute B-Side, “California Cold.” About three minutes into the track, things go from punk rock to psychedelic acoustic jams and even whip out the flutes. If that doesn’t say “we don’t mess around,” we don’t know what does.
