WayHome Festival Confirmed at Great Hall Event in Toronto

It's official. Bonnaroo affiliated festival WAYHOME is coming to Ontario.

Some very exciting details were revealed about WayHome Music & Arts Festival last night at The Great Hall. Stay tuned for the full line up announcement at 10AM on Indie88!

9:11PM – Tonight at The Great Hall in Toronto, we got the news that we’ve all been waiting for, and for the most part, we already knew. But it’s just starting. Hundreds lined up at the Great Hall to the big event that has been teased via posters throughout the city. Our own Matt Hart was able to successfully decode the poster a while back revealing the name The Wayhome Festival. Tonight’s event at The Great Hall was indeed about the festival and the hundreds of people who waited in the cold were immediately rewarded with a cryptic welcome message that revealed YOU ARE HERE plus a complimentary ticket to the festival.

A twitter account and festival website are now officially up and the website includes information on admission, parking, alcohol and camping. Regarding camping the site details that “All campsites are assigned upon arrival on a first come first camped basis.NO saving spots. If you wish to camp beside each other you MUST arrive together. Camp sites will comfortably camp 4-6 people, with 8 people max per site.” Alcohol will be permitted within your campsite.
