Niagara Falls theme park Marineland is facing six new counts of animal cruelty, the Canadian Press reports.
The Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has hit Marineland with one count each of permitting elk, red deer, and fallow deer to be in distress. The park has also been charged with three separate charges for failing to provide standards of care to the aforementioned animals.

Marineland was charged with with five counts of animal cruelty related to peacocks, guineas pigs, and black bears in November.
