Massey Hall Unveil Season 3 of Concert Film Series

Live at Massey Hall showcases its concerts for season 3

Live at Massey Hall Season 3 is now streaming for free at Massey Hall’s website. The live film series features 30-minute concert films showcasing Canadian artists like Owen Pallett, Peaches, Rheostatics, Tanya Tagaq, Bahamas, The Weather Station, Alejandra Ribera, Amelia Curran, Chilly Gonzales and The Hidden Cameras.

Composer and musician Owen Pallet, who is also the first recipient of the Polaris Music Prize, took the stage for his solo Massey hall debut, showcasing his musical talents live.

Canadian throat singer, and the 2014 recipient of the Polaris Music Prize, Tanya Tagaq, also took the stage for her Massey Hall debut, with an improvised performance alongside a choir of 50 people, and her tour bandmates.

Multiple JUNO Award winner Bahamas took the stage as well, performing songs from his acclaimed catalogue, and also premiering his new song “Alone” live.
