Netflix Shares ‘A Series of Unfortunate Events’ Teaser Trailer

Mark Friday Jan. 13th in your calendars!

For a lot of us, the Series of Unfortunate Events novels were a large part of our childhoods. The remarkable series, penned by offbeat author Lemony Snicket, tells the burdernsome stories of orphans Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire after their parents untimely death.

The quirky novels have it all; eccentric characters, improbable storylines and peculiar attributes (remember when Snicket filled an entire page with evers?).

Fans of the original series can start counting down the days until it’s return to the screen, as Netflix just announced the release date of the revamped series as January 13th- yes, a Friday.

Legendary Neil Patrick Harris plays the evil Count Olaf joined by Patrick Warburton as Lemony Snicket, Joan Cusack as Justice Strauss, Malina Weissman as Violet Baudelaire and Louis Hynes and Klaus Baudelaire.
