New music from Sheepdogs’ Ewan & Shamus Currie “Bros”

Sheepdogs’ brothers Ewan and Shamus Currie share new music from upcoming BROS side project

After having finished recording The Sheepdogs’ most recent album Future Nostalgia in the winter of 2014, Ewan and Shamus Currie moved from Saskatoon to Toronto and found themselves with some downtime. It didn’t take long for the brothers to start working on a side project, the appropriately named BROS, with which they could freely create new music from a wide array of their influence including vintage funk and power pop, Sly & The Family Stone, Badfinger, and Latin music legends Gilberto Gil and Os Mutantes. They just shared a taste of the new music with the song “Tell Me”.

BROS’ self-titled debut will be released on October 14th via Dine Alone.
