North by Northeast has lifted the curtain on plans for something new this year. Festival organizers have announced its “dream team of Canada’s music leaders” who will handpick talent to perform in the inaugural Club Land Curator Series.

The list of Canadian talents who will curate a series of shows from Monday, June 19 to Thursday, June 22 include Leah Fay of July Talk, Broken Social Scene founding member Brendan Canning, the Rural Alberta Advantage, and more. The NXNE Club Land Curator Series will take place at The Legendary Horseshoe Tavern, The Garrison, The Baby G, The Dakota Tavern, The Rivoli, The Bovine Sex Club and Cold Tea.

Here’s a look at the complete lineup of curators participating in the series.

“Our fans are clear, they love a club hopping wristband, but we felt we needed to
update the concept,” said Michael Hollett, NXNE President/Managing Director. “Our
curators know new music and they are eager to share with the fans.”

A $20 wristband gains priority access to all shows in NXNE’s Club Land Curator Series. For more information and to purchase wristbands please visit nxne.com.
