The Royal Ontario Museum’s Friday Night Live is back. This season’s #FNLROM programming returns this Friday, May 5, with live entertainment, DJs, food vendors, and complimentary access to its Out of the Depths: The Blue Whale Story exhibit.
This year’s Friday Night Live events will include an Indie88 stage and performances from the likes of Darenots, DJ Conor Cutz, Lou Canon, Ralph, DJ Sophie Jones, Wannabe, HIGHS, Carole Pope, Neon Dreams, and many more.
Take the opportunity to check out one of the world’s largest and most complete blue whale skeletons (available during first and last FNL events) as well as the Art, Honour, and Ridicule: Asafo Flags from Southern Ghana exhibit. Future exhibits include Anishinaabeg: Art & Power and The Family Camera.
Ticket information (general admission tickets are not valid for Friday Night Live):
- We sell “early-bird” tickets online, and the rest at the door starting at 7 pm ($17 adults, $15.50 students/seniors, $5 members)
- Entrance is guaranteed to early-bird ticket holders before 8 pm. After 8 pm, all entrance is based on capacity
- Early-bird ticket holders and Members: Join the “GOT ‘EM” line to the west of the entrance
Wanna be a star? Chances are you will be! By entering the ROM Friday Night Live premises you consent to having your image captured and displayed for promotional and/or documentary use
The kick off event for 2017, Splash, is followed by #FNLROM: Fashion on Friday, May 12. The programming runs until Friday, June 30, when it comes to a close with a celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday. All Friday Night Live events begin at 7 p.m. ET.
