‘Singles’ Soundtrack to Receive Expanded Reissue

After 25 years, Cameron Crowe’s 1992 film Singles is getting an expanded reissue of the OST, which will include a double-CD and triple-LP box set.

Singles, set in Seattle during the ascending grunge scene of the early 90s, is about young friends in their twenties living in the same apartment complex, all looking for love and success. Starring names like Bridget Fonda, Campbell Scott, Kyra Sedgwick and Matt Dillon.

Singles’ OST is a grunge fanatics dream, including music from artists like Chris Cornell, Alice in Chains, Mother Love Bone, Mudhoney, The Smashing Pumpkins and Pearl Jam.

The expanded album is also expected to get 18 bonus tracks on the CD, including the original “Touch Me I’m Dick” by Dillon’s fictional band in the film, Citizen Dick, which actually featured Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Jeff Ament and Stone Gossard.

Singles deluxe OST is set to be released on February 17th of this year.
