Toronto Public Health announces CondomTO winners

Ride Responsibly

Toronto Public Health unveiled the winning designs for its design a condom wrapper contest Tuesday.

Toronto Public Health, in partnership with The&Partnership, ONE Condoms and Miami Ad School, called on Torontonians to submit designs for a condom wrapper that represented Toronto. Well, the winners feature designs that reference the TTC and plaid-wearing lumberjacks…so mission accomplished.

There were winners announced from two categories, the open division and the student division. Student grand prize winner Andrea Por designed the clever “transfers are for buses only” wrapper, while student runner-up Janine Thomas came up with the bearded lumberjack package.

The open division grand prize went to Diane Adams for her “Put It On Toronto” design. The open division runner-up was Serge Leshchuk’s “Ride Responsibly” wrapper.

The Toronto-inspired condoms will be available at Toronto Public Health’s sexual health clinics around the city in 2017.
