Social media giant confirms massive leak

The stories about 33 million leaked Twitter passwords on the dark web are indeed real and have been confirmed by Twitter. This is the last thing Twitter needs after going through some recent internal turmoil recently with mass firings and co-founder Jack Dorsey taking the reigns of CEO.

In a blog post, Twitter warned users whose accounts may have been affected. They have also locked some accounts and sent password reset requests to those owners. Leakedsource has stated that the leak contains 32,880,300 Twitter credentials.
