Adele paid tribute to the late Amy Winehouse at her show in Boston on Wednesday, September 14th- what would have been Winehouse’s 33rd birthday.
The British beauty told the sold-out audience at TD Garden, if it wasn’t for the deceased musician, she would have never become such a successful artist.
“I feel like I owe 90 percent of my career to her,” the “Hello” singer told the screaming crowd. “Because of her, I picked up a guitar and because of her, I wrote my own songs.”
The singer went on to preform her cover of Bob Dylan’s ‘Make You Feel My Love’, dedicating the rendition to Winehouse.
