Brother-sister duo Jay and Stefanie McCarrol have been playing music together for most of their lives. But in 2013 they took the plunge into making music for commercials and when their song was featured in a big ad, it earned the curiousity of music fans instantly. The two realized they were onto something special, and Brave Shores was born.

The song they wrote? That would be their insanely catchy, undeniably fun first single, “Never Come Down”. They’ve since followed up with the dreamy, laid-back “More Like You”, also from their debut self-titled EP. Watch their live session from the Indie88 Hidden Studio where they (accompanied by Born Ruffians drummer Adam Hindle) perform two new versions of “Never Come Down” and “More Like You”.
