Watch: LCD Soundsystem’s First Show in 5 Years

A triumphant return

The marquee read “Test in Progress, Please Stand By” outside Webster Hall in New York this weekend, at LCD Soundsystem’s first live show since 2011.

Fittingly, the band’s rise from the dead this Easter weekend marked the band’s return to live shows, as James Murphy and co. prep for festivals alike WayHome Music & Arts Festival and Coachella this summer.

With a fifteen-song setlist, they asked press to not review the show, the band understandably testing the waters after a lengthy hiatus. Playing all the hits like “All My Friends,” “Daft Punk Is Playing at My House” and “Dance Yrself Clean” they left very little room for letdown. Get a feel for their live performance through videos and setlist posted below.
