Watch: The Rolling Stones Rice Krispies Commercial from 1964

Snap Crackle, Pop... and Roll.

This week has been one of many celebrations for the Rolling Stones’ frontman Mick Jagger, who not only celebrated a birthday on Tuesday, but announced that he’ll be having a baby with his 26 year-old girlfriend earlier in the week.

Many fans of the Rolling Stones’ frontman have been celebrating all his surrounding news by revisiting the band’s earlier work, bringing to light material that’s been archived for decades. One artifact so to speak that’s been uncovered is a Rice Krispies commercial from 1964, which The Stones provided music for.

According to Exclaim!, the song is said to be written by original member Brian Jones, who reworked the cereal brand’s famous catchphrase “Snap, Crackle & Pop”.
