The Strokes have returned in full force with a new music video from their Future Present Past EP for “The Threat of Joy”.

Originally, the band planned on releasing a music video for “Oblivius” but was blocked due to it’s high politicized subject matter, Julian Casablancas told Zane Lowe on his Beats Radio show. “The Threat of Joy” video references the video “shutdown”, depicting a group of masked men trying to steal footage from the band.
