Watch: Young the Giant Shares “Titus Was Born” Visualizer

After two stadium anthems, a softer side

Californian ensemble Young the Giant, released yet another single from their upcoming third album, Home of the Strange. This new single takes a new tone after the previous two releases, “Amerika” and “Something to Believe In.”

Each album has been a milestone in maturing their coastal-sound. Their self-titled debut was an acoustic-driven set of summer sounds, while their sophomore release, Mind Over Matter saw them introduce synthesizers and a more layered mix of tunes.

Each album contains its stadium anthems but they also include wedges of gentler pieces in between where vocalist, Sameer Gadhia’s voice becomes the center of attention. “Titus Was Born” is just that in this forthcoming release — part of the foundation that makes up a Young the Giant record, only evolved.

Young the Giant’s Home of the Strange arrives August 12, 2016. Listen to “Home of the Strange” in the player above.
