Quirky, whimsical film maker Wes Anderson has opened up a new cafe called Bar Luce and it doesn’t disappoint. Unfortunately it may be a lengthy plane ride to check out Bar Luce for yourself, due to the fact that it’s in Milan but that doesn’t mean we can check out photos. If Anderson’s name doesn’t ring a bell, his work includes The Grand Budapest Hotel, Life Aquatic, Moonrise Kingdom, The Royal Tenenbaums among many more.
His new resto looks like it could be right out of a film but it’s open to the public, Anderson says
It is for real life, and ought to have numerous good spots for eating, drinking, talking, reading, etc. While I do think it would make a pretty good movie set, I think it would be an even better place to write a movie. I tried to make it a bar I would want to spend my own non-fictional afternoons in.
