World’s Best Dad Enables Son To Fly

Learnin' to Fly

In one of the more heartwarming stories we’ve come across lately, blogger Allan Lawrence has started a photo project that shows that people with Down Syndrome can pretty much do anything they want – including fly.

Allan’s son William has Down Syndrome and is the super heroic star in a series of photos posted on Instagram. After noticing that William likes to spread his arms and legs during “tummy time”, he came up with the idea.

“Our family and friends loved this idea and it soon became a weekly thing on my Instagram to see where Wil had been flying that week,” he wrote on his Kickstarter page.

This story touches a soft spot at Indie88, reminded us of our dear friend Pip, who won the first ever Win A Billboard contest.
