AC/DC confirm comeback, return of Brian Johnson, Phil Rudd, and Cliff Williams

For Those About to Rock...

AC/DC have been teasing something over the past couple of weeks, and it has now been confirmed that the iconic Australian rockers are making a comeback with past members Brian Johnson, Phil Rudd, and Cliff Williams rejoining the band.

We’re not entirely clear on what’s coming just yet, but the band has been touting a “PWR Up” message on its social media channels. Whatever is happening, it will mark the return of vocalist Johnson after four years away and drummer Rudd coming back after five years. Williams retired following the band’s 2016 tour. Guitarists Angus Young and Stevie Young remain with band.

Johnson left the band after experiencing hearing loss. Over a dozen studio albums, several live records, and decades of touring can have that effect.

Multiple reports claim that AC/DC already has a new album ready to go.
