Alvvays, Stars, Buffy Sainte-Marie headline CBC Music Festival in Toronto

Rhye, Coeur de pirate, The Courtneys, Hubert Lenoir also set to perform

CBC has unveiled the lineup for the seventh instalment of its CBC Music Festival, set for Saturday, May 25 at RBC Echo Beach in Toronto. Local indie heroes Alvvays are set to headline the festival, which also features Stars performing their 2004 record Set Yourself on Fire, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Rhye, Coeur de pirate, The Courtneys, Hubert Lenoir, and more.

There will also be food trucks and CBC Kids Zone with activities and crafts for children. Check out the complete lineup below.

Presale tickets will be available today at 10 a.m. ET on livenation.com, and will continue until Thursday, April 11, at 10 p.m. ET. Then tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 12, at 10 a.m. ET through Ticketmaster. General admission will cost $39.50, plus fees, and children 12 years old and under can enjoy free admission with any adult ticket holder (two children per adult).
