Angels & Airwaves have announced their sixth studio album, LIFEFORMS, which is set for release on September 24th. Alongside the announcement, the band has revealed that they’ll be embarking on a tour starting on September 29th.

Tom DeLonge & co. made the announcement from space, as a partnership with Sent Into Space. Together, they launched a renewable hydrogen capsule that played the album in full and displayed the tour and album information. Alongside this out-of-this-world announcement, Angels & Airwaves previewed the album here on earth with the release of “Restless Souls.”

“‘Restless Souls’ in many ways is an honest letter from God to humanity – because life seems to always be looking for ways to inspire, clarify and teach us when things become more difficult,” frontman Tom DeLonge explains.
