Arcade Fire tease return with postcards sent to fans

Great news, Arcade Fire fans: the band has teased their return with postcards sent out to fans.

While their last album was 2017’s Everything Now, it looks like they’re teasing some new music. The Montreal band sent out some cryptic postcards to fans. One fan in particular posted a picture of the postcard, which has the band’s logo on it, on Reddit.

“Received this in post today,” user BordonGrown writes. “Black box covering my address. Logo at the bottom looks like the band… Anyone else received one?”

The front of the postcard appears to don a musical notation alongside the words “we missed you.”

One fan even took the notes and played them on guitar. They then posted the resulting track on SoundCloud. Check it out below.

Another Reddit user, Chapperdeemus, claims to have seen stickers with the design around London, England. “Saw u/BordonGrown’s post about the postcard this morning,” Chapperdeemus wrote. “I just walked past this sticked in London! Looks like something is happening!!”

Several Arcade Fire fans took to Twitter to tease similar postcards and stickers. Check those out below.
