Arctic Monkeys Announce First Show in Three Years

UK band to headline Firefly Festival in Dover

It looks like the Arctic Monkeys are getting back in action.

Thursday morning, Arctic Monkeys confirmed their first show date in three years, billed as one of the headliners for Firefly Festival. They will headline the festival alongside Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and The Killers at the June 14-17th festival in Dover, Delaware.

More dates are expected to be announced from the UK-based rock band in the coming weeks.

Arctic Monkeys recently revealed they were hard at work on their sixth studio album. Bassist Nick O’Malley says the band are working towards a 2018 albums deadline, and if they miss it, “we’ve got problems”.
