The Arkells will be releasing their latest album Rally Cry this Friday. To celebrate the new record, the band has announced they will be hosting a pop up event in Toronto on October 19th in the west wing of Toronto’s Union Station.
The pop up will have copies of the album available on CD and vinyl, which fans can get signed by the band. The Arkells also encouraged fans to bring an old T-shirt that the band can print designs on that are inspired by three tracks off of the new album: “Rally Cry,” “Relentless” and “Hand Me Downs.”
The Hamilton-based indie rock band will also be collecting gently used winter jackets to donate to New Circles’ GLOW (Gently Loved Outfits to Wear), which is well known as Toronto’s largest clothing bank.
Very important: our friends at @NewCircles will be with us collecting used Winter Jackets. PLEASE bring in jackets you don't plan to use this winter so folks who need them can stay warm. https://t.co/lPDKaKHoQM
