London-based Arlo Parks shared a new Unknown Mortal Orchestra remix of her single “Too Good”. The original song is featured on her genre-bending debut album Collapsed in Sunbeams that was released late January this year.
UMO’s remix of “Too Good” slows the track down just a notch, adding subtle smooth tones. In a press release, Parks said of the remix:
“I’ve been moved by Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s sonic palette and gorgeous approach to simplicity for years now. It’s an honor to have them remix ‘Too Good’ and bring such a sweet sense of intimacy to the song.”

Parks will soon be headlining a North American tour, spanning 24 dates beginning in September 2021, ending in October 2022. Don’t miss out – she will be performing in Toronto on September 28th at The Axis Club.
In other news, Unknown Mortal Orchestra has recently shared a new song “Weekend Run”. The wavy new track is his first proper single since the 2018 album Sex & Food. New music is on the horizon though no specific details have been released yet.
