Melani sits down to chat with Toronto-based multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer-songwriter Aysanabee in the Indie88 studio. Aysanabee is the first musician signed to Ishkode Records, a new Indigenous and women-owned label created to foster and amplify Indigenous voices. His debut record Watin, inspired by recorded conversations with his grandfather of the same name, comes out on November 8th 2022.
