‘Bill and Ted 3’ release date gets pushed back two weeks

The film is now set for release on August 28

It may have already been almost thirty years since the last Bill and Ted movie, but it looks like fans of the series are going to have to wait a little bit longer. The release of Bill & Ted Face the Music has been pushed back to avoid sharing an opening weekend with Tenet.

Both of the films have been moving around release dates. Tenet was recently scheduled for July 31st, but it was pushed back yet again with the surge of COVID-19 cases. Now, the new Christopher Nolan film is set to arrive some time between August 12th and 14th.

Bill and Ted Face the Music was set to be released on August 14th, but to avoid competing with Nolan’s upcoming sci-fi mind bender, the producers have delayed the release until August 28th.
