Billie Eilish set to stream concert on VR platform Oculus Venues

It's a concert, but in the comfort of your own home.

You will soon be able to see Billie Eilish right in front of your eyes…well, kind of.

Oculus Venues, a VR concert series that allows fans to enjoy live concerts from their Oculus Go, Gear VR, or Quest headsets, has announced that Billie Eilish will be streaming on their platform on September 3rd at 9:30 pm.

“It’s really nice to be able to have something that makes the show so accessible, and to have a platform to bring the live experience to people who haven’t been able to be at a show yet,” Eilish said. “I just want everyone to have a good time. That’s always my only goal, even when you’re watching the show at home.”

Eilish will be the biggest artist to be featured on the platform. Other artists such as Tenacious D, Vance Joy, Lupe Fiasco, Chromeo and more have already been streamed.

“’Copycat’ is really fun,” Eilish added about the upcoming event. “I make everybody get really low, and we all jump when the drop comes in. Even though you’ll be watching on a VR headset, you should still get low and jump with everyone.”
