Bon Iver’s Eaux Claires Festival announces ‘For Wisconsin’ voter initiative

They've launched a campaign to 'make your vote count'

In honour of National Voter Registration Day, Justin Vernon’s Eau Claires Festival has announced a new campaign called For Wisconsin to “make your vote count.”

The project is “a positive, action-based voting initiative with you/the people of Wisconsin,” and it’s set to bring together musicians, comedians, activists, and artists from across the country to partake in “the necessary final push for voting.”

Over the next few weeks, For Wisconsin will share images, songs, conversations, “surprise moments,” and more. Additionally, there will be a series of “A Visit with Vernon” events in person in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, and to attend you have to nominate someone closet to you who’s on the fence about voting. Both the person nominating and the nominee will get to attend a secret meeting with Vernon.
