The band has been making great impressions – they took part in four showcases for NXNE, played at Steam Whistle Unsigned in Toronto, and made it to the finals of Indie Week 2012. Their song “All These Colours” has been chosen for the final scenes of the Canadian feature film “Locked In A Garage Band”, added to Virgin Airlines “Discover Music” in-flight radio channel and will also be featured by Monster/Diesel for the worldwide launch campaign of their new “Vektr” headphones.
Cai.ro is Nate Daniels (vocals/guitar), Matt Sullivan (drums/percussion), Caitlin Grieve (strings/vocals), Dante Berardi Jr (guitar/vocals), and Wooyoung Kim (bass). You can see how many of them have grown monster moustaches at “Rockin’ Stache 2012” (a Movember fundraiser) at The Great Hall on November 29th. They’ll headline the Royal Ontario Museum’s “Friday Night Live” event the following night, on November 30th.
