For some reason, Chris Rock wants to play a game.
The 54-year-old Comedian is teaming up with Lionsgate to relaunch the Saw franchise. “I’ve been a fan of Saw since the first film in 2004,” Rock said in a statement. “I am excited by the opportunity to take this to a really intense and twisted new place.”

Saw is one of the highest grossing horror franchises of all-time and is one of Lionsgate’s most successful film series. The film is expected to have just as many twists, turns and gore as the previous 8 movies.
The film already has a set release date of October 23rd, 2020. So it’s safe to say that Madagascar‘s Marty the Zebra is going to be co-creating the horror movie.
