Dallas Green has announced that he’s going to be releasing a Low covers EP under his moniker City and Colour.
The two-track EP will be shared through Bandcamp at a minimum price of $4, and proceeds will go toward the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Black Youth! Pathway 2 Industry Tomorrow. During Bandcamp’s inaugural 24-hour fundraiser for the NAACP in honour of Juneteenth, the songs will be available for purchase, and a 7-inch physical release will be available to pre-order through his webstore.
“Low has always been one of my favourite bands,” Green explains. “I’ve wanted to record these songs for as long as I can remember so…I disappeared into the basement and got to work recording 2 of my favourites.”
