1 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash absinthe
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: orange peel

Another classic with a name that was designed for Spooktober, the Zombie is an intense tiki cocktail that packs a punch.

1 oz. dark rum
1/2 oz. 151-proof rum

Stir together all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a 14-ounce glass three-fourths full of cracked ice.
Garnish with mint and/or fruit.

Skull Juice

Serve drinks out of a human skull. Well not a real human skull, but this limited edition Crystal Head bone bottle would work just as well. Plus it comes with vodka.

6oz fresh orange juice
4oz fresh lemon juice
3oz stone’s Ginger wine
3oz pomegranate reduction
2oz maple syrup ( 1:1 maple:water)
35 dashes Angostura

Mix all ingredients well and bottle in a Crystal Head Vodka bottle. Chill well before serving.

Garnish glasses with fresh pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary.
