Evenko postpones all events until end of August, including Osheaga

'It is too early to specifically announce the status of each of our events'

Evenko has released a statement that they have had to postpone all events until August 31st in response to the government’s request do so.

The company shares that they’re now “in solution mode,” but in the mean time, they’ve been forced to postpone all events, including îLESONIQ and LASSO Montréal, and OSHEAGA, which would have taken place from July 31st to August 2nd.

“We are truly saddened by this situation, but everyone’s health must remain our top priority,” evenko President and CEO Jacques Aubé reveals. “It is too early to specifically announce the status of each of our events. We want to take the time to properly think about each of them and evaluate our options. Of course, we will do everything we can in order to minimize the impacts of this decision on all parties involved, by trying to postpone events, when possible.”

Evenko has also revealed that specific information for each event will be shared as soon as possible, but for now, they are encouraging fans and festival attendees to keep their tickets while waiting for further information.
