Just because you’re a rock star, doesn’t mean you can’t rock out to your favourite band like any other normal person.
That’s what fans learned at a Metallica concert at the Rose Bowl in California recently, where Foo Fighters’s Dave Grohl was seen having a blast in the moshpit.
Grohl recently told Creative Loafing he’s been a Metallica fan since 1983, when he mailed in for their debut album Kill ‘Em All. Grohl said he’s “a diehard Metallica fan until the day I die because of that experience.”
Photos taken by fans at the concert show Grohl rocking out during the set and stopping to take pictures with them.
