Feist Releases ‘The Reminder’ | The Moments That Made Us

On May 1st, 2007, Feist shared her landmark record and third studio album The Reminder in North America.
 




The album debuted at number two in Canada and number 16 in the United States, and it went on to become the top selling album on the iTunes Music Store in 2007. In fact, it even earned Feist a whopping four Grammy nominations, including one for Best New Artist.

The Reminder won Juno Awards in 2008, and it even won Album Of The Year.
 

 
In September of 2007 the standout track “1234” was featured in an Apple television advertisement for their third generation iPod Nano, which garnered even more success for the song and album.

The famed music video for “1234” revolved around Feist’s experience as a dancer in the opening ceremony of the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics.
 

 
Ultimately, The Reminder has sold over 1,000,000 copies worldwide
