Five things to do this weekend in Toronto

The Snooperbowl, a thrifting market, arts and crafts fairs, and more!

Bundle up those jackets and grab those scarves because there is too much going on this weekend.

As the temperature rises this weekend, the city is blowing up with activities to get us all back out there. Enjoy a movie in a theatre with a crazy big screen, a concert with all good tunes or a sexy arts fair!

Check out these five things that you will not want to miss this weekend.

The Matrix

Cinesphere | February 1-3, 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm | Tickets

Head over to the old Ontario Place to catch the cult classic, The Matrix, playing all weekend in their Cinesphere. All set with a snack counter and drinks, you can cozy up with some hot popcorn, friends, and watch the world get real.

The Erotic Arts and Crafts Fair

The Gladstone Hotel | February 2, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm | Free

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, this fair has got you covered for the most creative and sensual gifts. This is a completely free fair, filled with artists from all over Toronto, who come together to show and sell their sexy crafts. You will not be disappointed with the selection!

Catch a Concert

The Mod Club will be packed this Saturday night to see Ripe. Built up on seven friends, each with their own instrumental background and talents, the Boston-based band will be coming to Canada for their 2019 tour, so prepare to bring the house down with the grooviest group this season.

Toronto is proud as hell to present Tallies, a feel good, light pop band of four friends from the Algonquin area. Just releasing their debut album a few weeks ago, they are already getting the ball rolling with a show in the city. With the snow and cold lately, these beach vibes are exactly what we need to warm us up.

The Deadstock Depot

Artscape Sandbox | February 2, 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm | Entry Fee

Start the year off with a fresh new wardrobe from this golden thrifting market! With different vendors coming together to show off their amazing finds, you may be able to finally track down that exact piece you have been looking for. They do warn that there will be a line, so go early if you want the good stuff.

Snooperbowl I

Black Lab Brewing | February 3, 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Free

If you are looking for a place to spend a warm and full Super Bowl Sunday, then you have found the place!
