Well the sun is shining and the weekend is right around the corner! Things are starting to look forward and it isn’t just our clocks on Sunday! From the usual concerts to the highest sugar rush you’ve ever had, this March weekend is gonna be a good one.

Sugar Shack TO 2019

Sherbourne Common | March 9 and 10, 11am – 5pm | Free

Warm up this weekend with some family fun and sweet as all hell maple syrup! Be the most Canadian you can get with the maple syrup-infused food that will be available and the activities that will make you feel like a kid again.There will be music blasting, chainsaws carving up some ice and the best maple taffy that you could ever ask for. You just have to rally up some family and friends and head over.
 

Starving Artist Pop-Up Market

Jessgo Gallery | March 9, 10pm – 3pm | Free

Unique gifts are calling your name! This market has an awesome group of crafters, designers, brands and all coming together to show you what art you are missing out on. It is completely family friendly and also has a kids art station so the little ones can come along! Get their early because the first 25 people get swag bags!
 

Catch a Concert

Go over to the Drake Underground tonight to see Puma Blue and Westerman getting you all in the feels. With their chill beats and angelic voices, you are for sure going to be content with the night. Both of the performers are from across the pond in England and Puma Blue actually produces his own music in his room back in London, so these two are just getting started.

Looking for something a bit more upbeat? The Drake Underground is also housing Kodie Shane this Saturday night so be ready for an amazing and energetic show. Her music is definitely new and fresh, coming with genuine sound and confidence. This new artist comes from Atlanta and brings the sound of her hometown with her. Her smooth voice is ready to knock you off your feet and she’s just hitting the scene.

And last, but not least, 90s kids can get a fix of nostalgia with Teenage Fanclub playing the Phoenix Concert Theatre on Friday night.

Be warned, this is the extended version they are showing so it will be long so be prepared and grab snacks to keep yourself energized!
 

Intrigue at the AGO
