Okay, so maybe April is taking the April showers brings May flowers a bit too seriously! The city is calling for rain for the next two weeks but we won’t let that stop us from having some fun.

Grab those four-legged besties and get to Evergreen Brickworks for an Easter celebration like no other! Your pups will love the pop-up puppy market, activities all day long and easter egg hunts that are made just for them. Proceeds from the event are going to the Toronto Humane Society, a place that does their best to find animals their forever homes. Do remember that this event is outdoors so dress yourself and your doggo in those rain boots!
The Toronto Pancakes and Booze Art Show
Revival | April 12, 8pm – 2am | Tickets
Come on, the title says it all. With over 80 different artists from around the city, you’re sure to find something that’s your style. The art will range from fine photography to street art to pop art, all while you are sipping on a nice and cold craft beer or chomping on some piping hot flapjacks. There is supposed to be an expected crowd of around 1000 people so make sure to either get there early or purchase a ticket online!
Catch a Concert
Wintersleep is coming from their hometown of Nova Scotia this Saturday night! The band will be taking over Danforth Music Hall all night to perform their newest album that just came out last month, In The Land Of. The album will tingle all of your senses and get those tear ducts jerking from the emotional feelings that surround it all. Enjoy the raw vocals and use of emotive instrumentals that will definitely give you all the feels!
Copeland will be bringing the house of Lee’s Palace down this Sunday night. The rock band will be coming from their Florida home to play their newest album, Blushing, an album that was recorded from 2016 to 2018 in the home of frontman Aaron Marsh. Get ready for another amazing show this weekend, so bring some friends and get swaying and dancing to the music.
Record Store Day

Celebrate some classic vinyl and the stores you buy them from. There are events happening all over the city to commemorate the iconic business and medium, such as Dead Dog Records, Sonic Boom Music and of course, Dine Alone Record’s Store. The events will range from live performances by your favourite artists to can’t-be-beat deals on some rocking records. Make sure to check out your local record store this Saturday to participate!
Neon Pop-Up Gallery

Let’s get LIT this weekend with this pop-up show. The collections of Neon Demon and Neon Museum Toronto are coming together to brighten up the Junction House with the neon signs of Toronto’s past! The pop-up will include store, bar and restaurant signs from all over the city, coming all together with the resurrection of the 12-foot Hard Rock guitar.
