Scotiabank Arena | August 12th and 13th

Kendrick Lamar is bringing his tour to the Scotiabank Arena this weekend. He’s out touring his new album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers. Serving as his final album for Top Dawg Entertainment, the double album boasts a whopping 18 tracks and clocks in at just over an hour. Throughout Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, Lamar sings of cancel culture, and he even alludes to the reconciliation between Kanye and Drake on “Father Time.” He delivers lines like, “When Kanye got back with Drake, I was slightly confused/ Guess I’m not as mature as I think, got some healing to do.”

The Wild Hearts Tour: Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen & Julien Baker

Massey Hall | August 12th & 13th

Head to Massey Hall on Friday or Saturday to catch a stacked lineup of Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen, and Julien Baker. All three of the artists will play tunes from their new albums, We’ve Been Going About This All Wrong, Big Time, and Little Oblivions respectively. It’s sure to be a pretty unbelievable, emotional show you won’t want to miss.
