Then, on August 20th, soul artist Leon Bridges will head to the Scotiabank Arena as part of The Boundless Tour. Last, but definitely not least, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Strokes, and Thundercat will play at the Rogers Centre on Sunday, August 21st.

This weekend marks the opening weekend of The Canadian National Exhibition (CNE). It’s Canada’s largest community event, and one of the top five agricultural fairs in all of North America. The CNE is a beloved Toronto event, featuring entertainment, concerts, the farm, shopping, rides, games, exhibits, and, of course, some pretty wild food.

The Official RuPaul’s Drag Race Werq The World Tour is headed to Meridian Hall this Friday, August 19th. There’ll be performances from Vanessa Vanjie, Yvie Oddly, Kameron Michaels, Rose, and all of the finalists from the 14th season of the show. This year’s event is set to see the queens travelling through time in an attempt to return to the present.

It’s set to feature engaging performances, vendors, and interactive activities that showcase Canada’s cultural and communal diversity. Located at Spadina Ave. and Dundas St., there will be food, activities, stage performances, and a lucky draw.
